Sister Patricia McKee, IHM
My name is Sister Patricia McKee and I am the third grade teacher here at Good Shepherd Catholic School. I look forward to coming to school each day where I am privileged to work with my delightful students as well as with our excellent and dedicated faculty, staff and administration.
I was born in Denver, CO and due to my father’s career, lived in several different U.S. states during my childhood and teenage years, a very broadening experience.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Immaculata University and a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies with a major in Sacred Scripture from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. My areas of certification are in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership. I have served in the Archdioceses of Philadelphia and Miami as well as in the Dioceses of Harrisburg and Camden.
My philosophy of education is leading students to reach their potential as life-long learners who will learn beyond the classroom and one day take their place as future leaders in our Church and in our global community.
